My Role

As a Design and Operations Manager, Icefire is where I bring together everything I’ve learned throughout my career.

My role is both creative and strategic, spanning:

  • Brand vision and positioning

  • Design language and aesthetic direction

  • Client experience and service design

  • Team leadership and internal processes

  • Guide how the brand looks, feels, and operates — ensuring consistency and care from first contact to final installation.

Context

Icefire is an ongoing startup focused on custom made wellness experiences, where brand, space, and client interaction are continuously developed and refined. It is not a single project, it is a multi-year effort to build a cohesive identity and deliver tailored environments across a range of implementations, focusing on very  high profiled clients. 

​​The Vision

From the beginning, Icefire was conceived as more than a product-based business. The goal was to design intentional wellness spaces that feel personal, durable, and deeply connected to how people actually live.

Each project is approached as a collaboration — balancing function, ritual, and materiality.

What We Do

Icefire designs and builds custom wellness elements that transform private homes and hospitality spaces, including:

  • Saunas

  • Cold plunges

  • Fire pits

  • Custom-built features for gathering and recovery

Every project is tailored — no templates, no off-the-shelf solutions.

My Contribution

  • Built a brand from the ground up that tells a story and purpose that resonates with our clients 

  • Using Design Thinking concepts I have developed workflows that allow us to innovate and design according to the clients' needs without sacrificing timely delivery.

  • Provided the ground rules for a healthy work culture where the team feels valued and has the opportunity to grow within the start-up. 

  • Have created a client centric service from start to finish.
